Welcome

New Kittens (August)
With the Passing of Tiny the house appeared very empty and quiet. Click on the link below to be taken to the new kitten's web page.

The new arrivals

Tom's BBQ (July)
Jims work mates (Team 4) met for a BBQ at Toms. Tom as usual did us proud. Not only was the BBQ great but the spirit was alive and flowing. The weather was fantastic. Sunny all day and a great time was had by all. Click on the link to see the pictures. The last two pictures show the latest additions to the family. Two little kittens called Jessica and Blackie. 10 and 9 weeks old. Alex, the black kitten is the one called Blackie!

Tiny Passing Away (June)
Sadly Deirdre and I have to tell our friends that Tiny has passed away today (28th June). Tiny had started to lose weight and was in and out of the vet for tests. Yesterday (27th June) they diagnosed a tumour. Tiny went in for surgery and the vet said that the cancer was wide spread and as he had warned us there was little he could do. As a result he was given an overdose of anesthetic which effectively put him to sleep. I have put up a tribute page to the wee man, Click on the link below to go to it.

29 Field Squadron Reunion 2011

Below is a link to the 29 Field Squadron Veterans reunion which took place in Lynmouth this May. As is usual at these reunions a good time was had by all. Especially catching up on events and names from long ago (ie 35 years ago). The weather was sunny and dry during the day and wet at night. Kubs tells me that next years reunion will be in North Wales. More details later.

I've also started up a 29 forum on my website. It is only temporary until I get the admin rights for the 29 vets site. Lets start populating it. I've made a suggestion about going back to Hameln. What are your thoughts?
